Common questions

How much does it cost to own a M.I.L. Cleaners franchise?

$4,999, down from $9,999. This setup fee is not the total cost. It switches on your booking site, the software, marketing in your zip codes, a territory and training. You pay it after your first job; ongoing fees are tied to the work we send you.

Do I need cleaning experience?

No. You get the training, the pricing system and the checklists.

What do I pay after the $4,999?

Fees tied to the work we send you — the software is included, there’s no monthly bill for it. Every figure is in the Disclosure Document.

What will I make?

We won't, and nobody here is allowed to. Where a franchisor can answer that at all it's Item 19 of their Disclosure Document — ours doesn't make one, and be wary of anyone who answers without it. What we can do is help you price the work and hand you the system to run it. From there it's your business to build.

How is it different from other franchises?

Most hand you a name, take their cut and leave you to it. This one runs on 2026 tools, not 1960 ones — software, vendors, pricing. It's the back office and software team you'd otherwise have to hire.

I already run a cleaning business — can I convert it?

Yes. Keep your crew and customers, and add the booking site, software and marketing on top.

How does the territory work?

Yours alone, and the marketing we run there points to you. We check what's open on the call.

How do I get started?

Leave your details, or book a call: twenty minutes on how it works and what’s open. If it’s a fit we move to onboarding; if not, we say so.

Your territory is either open or it's taken

Tell us where you work and we'll check what's open.
